  • Garlic (1 clove)

  • Chopped Parsley (1 tablespoon)
  • Egg (1)
  • Button Mushrooms (250 g / 8.82 oz)

  • Vegetable Oil (2 tablespoons)

For the Pasta Dough:

  • Olive Oil (1 tablespoon)
  • Eggs (4)
  • All-Purpose Flour (400 g / 14.11 oz)

Prepare the Pasta Dough:

  1. Sift the flour and add eggs, a pinch of salt, and olive oil.
  2. Knead into a soft dough.
  3. Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes in a warm place.

  1. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  2. Rinse the mushrooms, pat them dry, and cut into small pieces.
  3. Sauté the mushrooms in heated vegetable oil for 7–8 minutes.
  4. Add garlic, season with salt and pepper, and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  5. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese and grated Parmesan. Mix well.
  6. Gently fold in the mushroom mixture.
