Ingredients for 4 Servings:

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of flour (2 tbsp / 28 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil (1 tbsp / 14.8 ml)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese (1.76 oz)
  • 4 sprigs of basil
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Prepare the Broccoli:

  1. Wash the broccoli and cut it into florets, leaving the long stalks.
  2. Place the florets in a microwave-safe dish with a small amount of water.
  3. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Allow to cool, then slice each floret in half lengthwise.

  1. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  2. Wash the basil, separate the leaves, and chop finely.
