Ingredients:

  • 2 liters (8 cups) of milk
  • 1-1.5 tablespoons of sour cream

Instructions:

Start by skimming the cream off the top of the fresh milk using a spoon and transferring it into a separate container.

Pour the milk into a saucepan and place it on the stove. Heat the milk gently.

Stirring continuously, heat the milk over low heat until it reaches a temperature of 36-37 degrees Celsius (97-99 degrees Fahrenheit). Then, remove it from the heat.
