Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons (30 grams) flour
  • 1 cup (240 milliliters) milk
  • 50 grams (2 ounces) butter
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • 200 grams (7 ounces) grated cheese (a mix of Parmesan and your favorite cheese, 50/50 ratio)
  • Cumin, to taste
  • Basil, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan, add flour, and fry until golden brown.
  2. Slowly pour in a cup of milk while stirring, bring to a boil.
  3. Add grated cheese, stirring continuously.

  5. Add softened butter (make sure to take it out of the refrigerator beforehand), mix well.
