Satisfyingly sweet and rich with flavor, these apple treats are ideal for snacking!
- Apples – 1 kilogram (2.2 pounds)
- Sugar – 300 grams (10.5 ounces)
- Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
Wash the apples, remove the cores, and cut them into wedges.
Arrange them closely on a baking sheet.
Mix the sugar with cinnamon and lemon juice, then sprinkle this mixture over the apples.
Slightly dry the apples in an oven preheated to 200°C (392°F) for 25-30 minutes.
Lay out parchment paper, sprinkle it with sugar, place the apples on it, and let them continue to dry at room temperature for 2 days.
Store them in a box or clean, dry jars.
