Striped No-Bake Cottage Cheese Cake

Ingredients:

  • Chocolate Cookies: 300 grams (10.6 ounces)
  • Cottage Cheese: 2 packs (360 grams)
  • Sour Cream: 300-400 grams (10.6-14.1 ounces)
  • Sugar: 150 grams (adjust to taste)
  • Gelatin: 20 grams
  • Chocolate Bar: 1 piece (optional)

Striped No-Bake Cottage Cheese Cake

Instructions:

  1. Soak the gelatin in 50 grams of cold boiling water and let it sit for 40 minutes.
  2. Crush the cottage cheese, add sugar to it, and mix in the sour cream. Thoroughly combine everything using a mixer.
  3. Pour the dissolved gelatin into the cottage cheese mixture heated over a water bath.
  4. Beat the mixture again with a mixer until smooth and free of lumps.
  5. Line a rectangular cake pan with foil or plastic wrap and arrange a layer of cookies on the bottom of the pan.
  6. Spoon a layer of the cottage cheese and sour cream mixture over the cookies.
  7. Add another layer of cookies on top of the mixture, followed by another layer of the cottage cheese mixture. Repeat this process to create 4 layers of cookies.
  8. Place the cake in the refrigerator to set for 2-3 hours or overnight.
  9. Once set, invert the cake onto a serving plate, remove the foil or plastic wrap, and drizzle melted chocolate over the top if desired.
  10. Slice and serve this delightful treat.
