"Under the Mushroom" Salad


  • Mayonnaise, to taste
  • 200 grams (7 ounces) crab sticks
  • 150 grams (5.3 ounces) fresh mushrooms
  • 150 grams (5.3 ounces) canned sweet corn
  • 3 large eggs, approximately 180 grams
  • 100 grams (3.5 ounces) cheese

For Decoration:

  • Greens


Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Boil the eggs until hard-boiled, peel, and finely chop them. Clean the mushrooms and fry them in a pan until cooked.

Thaw the crab sticks and dice them into small cubes.

Grate the hard cheese using a coarse grater.
