A very easy to make cake with a minimum amount of ingredients and a very rich and memorable taste.
- egg – 4 pcs.
- sugar – 5 tbsp.
- cocoa -2 tsp.
- corn starch – 40 grams.
- zest of one orange
Preheat oven to 180g.
Separate the whites from the yolks.
Mix the yolks and sugar together. Add the cocoa, orange zest and cornstarch.
Beat the whites into a foam and gently mix with the resulting mass.
Place the dough in a silicone baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
