  • Pumpkin – 150 g (5.3 oz)
  • Eggs – 3
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp
  • Powdered sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Ground cinnamon – 1 tsp

Directions

Prepare the Roll:

Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater.

In a bowl, mix the sugar, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Beat the eggs into a froth and add to the mixture along with the grated pumpkin. Mix thoroughly.
