Fantastic Appetizer: Quick Sautéed Bell Peppers with Garlic and Herbs

Ingredients:

  • Bell peppers (any quantity)
  • Garlic (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Cooking oil (vegetable oil works well)
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Clean the bell peppers (any amount) by removing the seeds, leaving the peppers whole. Make a lateral incision for enhanced flavor.
  2. Season the inside of the peppers with salt and sauté them whole in vegetable oil until they are fully cooked. Once cooked, transfer the bell peppers to a saucepan.
  3. After sautéing all the peppers, add crushed garlic using a garlic press.
  4. Close the lid of the saucepan and shake it gently to allow the garlic to infuse into all the peppers. Let it steep for some time.
  5. Serve hot, and it can be enjoyed on its own instead of a side dish. Garnish with finely chopped fresh herbs.
