  • Baking Powder – 3 teaspoons
  • Prunes – 100 grams / 3.53 ounces
  • Poppy Seeds – 80 grams / 2.82 ounces
  • Raisins – 80 grams / 2.82 ounces
  • Sour Cream 20% (medium-fat) – 300 grams / 1.27 cups
  • All-Purpose Flour – 200 grams / 1.59 cups
  • Sugar – 240 grams / 1.2 cups

For the Cream:

  • Sweetened Condensed Milk – 300 grams / 1.27 cups
  • Unsalted Butter – 200 grams / 0.88 cups

For Decoration:

  • Assorted Fruits

Instructions:

Prepare the Cake Layers:

  • In a bowl, combine 1 egg, 70g of flour, 100g of sour cream, 80g of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder (you can substitute with 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda dissolved in vinegar). Add poppy seeds.
  • Similarly, make the second layer by adding raisins to the mixture. For the third layer, incorporate prunes or nuts.
  • Bake the layers and let them cool.

Prepare the Cream:

  • Whip together sweetened condensed milk and unsalted butter until smooth.
