  • Baking Powder – 3 teaspoons
  • Prunes – 100 grams / 3.53 ounces
  • Poppy Seeds – 80 grams / 2.82 ounces
  • Raisins – 80 grams / 2.82 ounces
  • Sour Cream 20% (medium-fat) – 300 grams / 1.27 cups
  • All-Purpose Flour – 200 grams / 1.59 cups
  • Sugar – 240 grams / 1.2 cups

For the Cream:

  • Sweetened Condensed Milk – 300 grams / 1.27 cups
  • Unsalted Butter – 200 grams / 0.88 cups

For Decoration:

  • Assorted Fruits

Instructions:

Prepare the Cake Layers:
