- Butter – 150 g (5.3 oz)
- Egg – 1
- Cream (9% fat) – 1/3 cup (80 ml)
- Sugar – 300 g (1 1/2 cups)
- Flour – 250 g (2 cups)
- Fresh or frozen blueberries – 400 g (14 oz)
- Cornstarch – 2 tbsp

Prepare the Dough:
