Ingredients for 8 Servings

  • Butter – 150 g (5.3 oz)
  • Egg – 1
  • Cream (9% fat) – 1/3 cup (80 ml)
  • Sugar – 300 g (1 1/2 cups)
  • Flour – 250 g (2 cups)
  • Fresh or frozen blueberries – 400 g (14 oz)
  • Cornstarch – 2 tbsp

Directions

Prepare the Dough:

Cream the butter with 200 g (1 cup) of sugar until smooth. Add the egg, then gradually mix in the cream and flour to form a dough.

Press the dough into a 24 cm (9.5 inch) baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
