Apple Curd Pancakes – Healthy and Delicious Delights!

Ingredients for Apple Curd Pancakes:

  • Dry cottage cheese (tvorog) — 200 grams (about 0.44 lbs)
  • Apples — 1-2 pieces
  • Eggs — 2 pieces
  • Granulated sugar — 1/2 cup
  • Salt — 1/3 teaspoon
  • Baking soda — 1/2 teaspoon
  • Flour — 1 cup
  • Vegetable oil — 2 tablespoons

Apple Curd Pancakes – Healthy and Delicious Delights!

Instructions:

  1. Finely chop apples in a blender or grate them using a fine grater.
  2. Add cottage cheese and blend until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat sugar, eggs, and salt until peaks form. Then add baking soda and mix.
  4. Incorporate the egg mixture into the “apple-curd” blend.
  5. Gently mix and gradually add flour.
  6. Form the mixture into small pancakes.
  7. Dust the pancakes with flour and fry on both sides until golden brown.
  8. Serve the pancakes with sour cream, jam, syrup, or honey.
