Ingredients (Serves 8):
- Cranberries: 400g (14 oz)
- Limes: 2
- Lemonade: 600ml (20 fl oz)
- Oranges: 1 kg (2.2 lbs)
- Sugar: 1-2 tbsp (15-30g)
Instructions:
Prepare the Cranberries: Wash the cranberries. Set aside 100g (3.5 oz) and place the rest in a sieve over a bowl. Lightly mash them to release the juice. Pour the juice into a pitcher.
Freeze Cranberries: Place the reserved cranberries in a small mold, cover with water, and freeze for 2 hours.
Juice the Fruits: Wash the fruits. Set aside one lime and one orange. Cut the remaining oranges and lime in half and juice them using a citrus juicer. Pour the juice into the pitcher with the cranberry juice and mix well. Add sugar to taste, if desired.
Slice the Fruits: Thinly slice the reserved lime and orange.
Serve: Before serving, break the frozen cranberries into pieces and divide them among 8 glasses. Add a slice of orange and lime to each glass. Pour the mixed fruit juices into the glasses, then top off with lemonade.
