Ingredients (for 10 servings)

  • Salt: To taste
  • Mayonnaise: 50g (1.8 oz)
  • Lemon Juice: 1 tbsp
  • Egg Yolk: 1
  • Chopped Tarragon and Basil: 1 tbsp each
  • Crab Meat: 250g (8.8 oz)
  • Ready-Made Puff Pastry: 250g (8.8 oz)


Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut out circles using a glass. Place them on a greased baking sheet, brush with egg yolk, and bake for 15 minutes.
