- Squid – 1.75 lbs (800 g)
- Carrots – 4
- Onion – 1
For the marinade:
- Sugar – 4 tablespoons (50 g)
- Paprika – 1 teaspoon (5 g)
- Cloves – 2 buds
- White wine vinegar – 1/4 cup (60 ml)
- Black peppercorns to taste
- Allspice to taste
- Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
- Salt – 2 teaspoons (10 g)
Instructions:
Prepare the Squid:
Clean and wash the squid. Heat 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of oil in a skillet and sauté the squid for 3 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
