Cottage Cheese Pancakes - Delicious and Quick Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • Sugar – 80 grams (2.8 ounces)
  • Flour – 9 tablespoons
  • Kefir – 200 milliliters (6.8 fluid ounces)
  • Cottage Cheese – 200 grams (7 ounces)
  • Baking Soda – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Eggs – 2
  • Sunflower Oil – 30 milliliters (1 fluid ounce)

Instructions:

  1. Whisk the eggs with sugar using a fork. Add kefir and baking soda, then mix well. Let it sit for 5 minutes, and then add the cottage cheese and flour.
  2. Blend the mixture with a hand blender until it reaches a smooth and homogeneous consistency.
  3. Using a spoon, place portions of the batter onto a frying pan with oil and cook until both sides are golden brown.
