Honey Cookies in 12 Minutes: Aromatic Delight

Ingredients for Honey Cookies:

  • 600g (4 4/5 cups) all-purpose flour
  • 350g (1 1/2 cups) full-fat sour cream (minimum 20% fat)
  • 150g (3/4 cup) sugar (replaceable with honey according to taste)
  • 100g (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons thick honey

Instructions for Honey Cookies:

  1. Melt the butter and mix it with sugar and honey.
  2. Add sour cream to the mixture and gradually sifted flour (the amount of flour may vary depending on its properties).
  3. Knead the dough, adding more flour if needed, until it becomes firm.
  4. Lightly dust the working surface with flour and roll out the dough to a thickness of 5mm (0.2 inches).
  5. Cut out cookie shapes using molds.
  6. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet without greasing it.
  7. Arrange the cookie shapes on the baking sheet, leaving spaces between them to prevent sticking.
  8. Bake the cookies for no more than 12 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit).
  9. Once cooled, decorate as desired.
