INGREDIENTS

  • 400 g flour
  • 100 g frozen butter
  • 300 g cottage cheese
  • 100 g hard cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 120 ml cold milk or water
  • sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

Take the frozen butter and sifted flour. Dip the butter in the flour and grate it. Mix it with the flour.

Add the cottage cheese, grated hard cheese, and salt. Mix together.

Add cold milk or water and quickly gather the dough into one lump.

No need to knead.

Put the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Divide the dough into several parts.

Roll out to a thickness of about 0.5 cm.

Cut into strips and roll them into spirals.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 390°F.
