  • Flour
  • Dough conditioner
  • Green onions – a bunch

How to Cook the Laziest Dumplings with Egg and Green Onions:

  1. Beat the eggs with a mixer or a whisk, gradually adding salt.
  2. Once the salt is dissolved, add the sour cream and mix well again.
  3. Next, add kefir and mix once more.
  4. Now it’s time for flour and the dough conditioner. Gradually add them to the eggs, stirring continuously.
  5. The amount of flour may vary, but the consistency should resemble pancake batter.
  6. Peel the boiled eggs, dice them, and mix with chopped green onions.
  7. Once the eggs and onions are well combined, you can add them to the batter.
