This recipe allows you to prepare your favorite baked goods in just five minutes. The cupcakes will turn out tender, soft, moist, and, most importantly, incredibly delicious! For the filling, you can use any jam, as well as condensed milk, chocolate spread, or any other tasty cream.
Ingredients needed:
- Three chicken eggs
- 2/3 cup (150 ml) milk
- 3 cups (360 g) all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup (80 g) unsalted butter
- 1 1/4 cups (250 g) sugar
- 2 teaspoons (10 g) baking powder
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) flavorless vegetable oil
- A pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons (9 g) vanilla extract
- 1 cup (200 g) jam of any berry flavor
Let’s proceed to the process of making these beloved cupcakes with berry jam:
Ensure that the butter and milk are at room temperature.
Take a deep bowl. First, place the butter in it, then add the vanilla extract, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly.
Separately, lightly beat the eggs with milk and vegetable oil. Gradually add the egg mixture to the butter mixture. Stir after each addition.
Gradually add the flour and baking powder to the liquid mixture, sifting them in. Knead the dough until well combined.
If you have metal cupcake molds, place special paper liners for cupcakes in them. If you are using silicone molds, you can do without liners.
Fill the molds with the batter (about one tablespoon each). Place a teaspoon of jam on top of the batter, then cover it with more batter. The molds should be filled about 2/3 full.
Preheat the oven to 356°F (180°C) and bake the cupcakes for about 30 minutes.
Remove the cupcakes from the molds only after they have cooled down.
