  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 small onions
  • 100 ml (about 1/3 cup + 1.5 tablespoons) heavy cream (33-38% fat)
  • 100 ml (about 1/3 cup + 1.5 tablespoons) milk
  • 2 small eggs (for the filling)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • Salt, pepper
  • A bit of grated cheese

Meat Pie Preparation:

Prepare the Potato Crust:

  • Finely chop and boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain the water and mash the potatoes.
  • Add an egg, butter, and mix thoroughly. Incorporate the flour to form a dough.
