- ✓ Salt to taste
- ✓ Wheat flour: 7 tablespoons (140 grams)
- ✓ Baking soda: 2 grams (1/2 teaspoon)
- ✓ Sour cream (25% fat): 200 grams (approximately 3/4 cup)
- ✓ Mayonnaise: 1 tablespoon (30 grams)
For the filling:
- ✓ Chicken eggs: 6 pieces (360 grams)
- ✓ Onion: 100 grams (3.5 ounces)
- ✓ Salt to taste
Instructions:
Beat the eggs with salt. Add sour cream and mayonnaise. Mix well. Add baking soda and flour. Knead the dough.
For the filling, chop boiled eggs and green onions. Season with salt and mix well.
I prepared the pie in a multicooker, but you can also bake it in the oven. Pour half of the dough into a greased bowl of the multicooker. Spread the filling on top and then distribute the remaining dough over it. Bake the egg pie with green onions using the “Bake” mode for 50 minutes. About 5-7 minutes before the end, you can flip the pie.
