Khanum is an Uzbek dish, in short – lazy manti and cooked in the form of a roll.
The dough for hanuma is perfect for dumplings, dumplings and manti.
Khanum can be served with tomato sauce and herbs, or you can simply with sour cream.
Ingredients
✓ 150 ml of water (for two rolls) – boiling water

Recipe
First of all, you need to start with the dough.
Sift flour into a bowl, add salt, mix.

Usually it is ground pepper black and red, you can also parsley or basil.
Mix everything thoroughly. The filling is ready.
We form a khanum in such a simple way.
Roll out the dough (you can divide it into two parts, for two rolls) into a very thin layer.
The finer it is rolled out, the tastier the khanum will be.
Spread the filling over the entire surface of the dough and gently roll the roll carefully.
The edges must be pinched so that tasty meat juice does not leak.
How to cook khanum? Grease the mantle leaf or colander or the form for a double boiler, multicooker slightly with vegetable oil.
Put the roll on it and let it cook for 45-50 minutes.
Hanuma sauce is very simple to prepare.
It’s just a well-known frying, onions, carrots, tomato paste or tomatoes.
