Ingredients:
- Spinach – a large bowl
- Walnuts – 1 cup
- Cilantro – 1 bunch
- Khmeli-Suneli (seasoning) – 2-3 tsp
- Red wine vinegar – 1-2 tbsp
Instructions:
Rinse the spinach thoroughly, scald it with boiling water (or boil it for 2-3 minutes), and then drain the water.
Place all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until well blended.
Form the mixture into small balls or simply transfer the entire mixture to a bowl. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
