  • Flour: 2 cups (240 grams) (salt, sugar to taste, just a pinch)

For the Filling:

  • Grated cheese
  • Fresh herbs
  • Raw egg

  1. Knead the dough until it becomes elastic. Let it rest in a warm place for 40 minutes.
