Ingredients:
- 500g (1.1 lbs) Chicken Mince
- Ground Black Pepper, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- 2 Chicken Eggs (about 120g)
- White Bread, to taste
- 2 Cloves of Garlic (about 10g)
- 1 Onion (about 200g)
For the Filling:
- 150g (5.3 oz) Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Hard-Boiled Chicken Eggs (about 120g)
- Parsley, to taste
- Dill, to taste
- 40g (1.4 oz) Butter
- Spices, to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the filling. Grate the Mozzarella cheese finely. Grate the hard-boiled eggs on a fine grater. Finely chop the parsley and dill. Add the butter and mix everything well.
Prepare the chicken mince. Wet your hands with water, take a spoonful of mince, make a hollow in the middle, and place the filling there.
