Pouring:

  • Eggs – 2 pieces
  • Sour cream – 180 g (3/4 cup)
  • Sugar – 100 g (1/2 cup)
  • Flour – 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla – to taste

Topping:

  • Butter – 110 g (4 oz)
  • Sugar – 1/2 cup (about 100 g)
  • Flour – 1.25 cups (about 150 g)
  • Baking powder – 3 teaspoons

How to make the Royal Apple Pie:

Dough:

  1. Melt the butter, add egg, sour cream, sugar, salt.
  2. Mix and add flour with baking powder. Knead the dough.

Filling:
