Ingredients for the Dough:
- 4 eggs
- 7 tbsp (approximately 90 g) flour
- 1/3 tsp baking soda
- 200 g (about 1 cup) sour cream
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt
Ingredients for the Filling:
- 6 boiled eggs
- Large bunch of green onions
- Salt
Instructions:
- Start by preparing the dough: Beat 4 eggs with a pinch of salt, add mayonnaise and sour cream. Gradually add the mixture of flour and baking soda.
- Finely chop the onions, dice the boiled eggs into medium-sized cubes, mix the filling, and lightly salt.
- Grease the baking dish with butter, pour half of the dough into it, then spread the filling, and top it with the remaining dough.
- Bake the pie until it turns golden brown at 200°C (392°F). Check for readiness with a toothpick.
- Fluffy, golden, and radiant like a piece of sunshine: serve this beauty to the table! If using a multicooker, the task becomes even simpler: set the “Baking” mode and a timer for 50 minutes. About 5-7 minutes before it’s done, flip the pie to ensure the top is also nicely browned.
