Ingredients:
- 14 oz (400 g) crab sticks
- 4 chicken eggs (240 g)
- 7 oz (200 g) canned pineapple
- 3.5 oz (100 g) cheese
- 9 oz (250 g) canned sweet corn
- Mayonnaise, to taste
Instructions:
Before preparing the salad, I had an interesting idea for its decoration: I decided to make small round slices and used an apple corer for that purpose.
Everything left after cutting out the decorations should be finely chopped and mixed with mayonnaise.
The pineapples I had were in chunks, but the pieces were too large for the salad, so I additionally chopped them into smaller pieces and mixed them with mayonnaise as well.
Mix the grated cheese with mayonnaise.
Also mix finely chopped eggs with mayonnaise.
Drain the liquid from the canned corn and dress it with mayonnaise too.
Now, all that’s left is to layer everything. I used a portion ring, but you can prepare it in a large shared dish as well. The layers are arranged as follows: eggs, pineapples, crab sticks, cheese, corn, and finish again with eggs.
Now, it’s time to beautify it: arrange the slices, add some parsley leaves, and serve immediately.
