Ingredients for 4 Servings:
- 1 head of broccoli
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of flour (2 tbsp / 28 g)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil (1 tbsp / 14.8 ml)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese (1.76 oz)
- 4 sprigs of basil
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions:
Prepare the Broccoli:
- Wash the broccoli and cut it into florets, leaving the long stalks.
- Place the florets in a microwave-safe dish with a small amount of water.
