  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of flour (2 tbsp / 28 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil (1 tbsp / 14.8 ml)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese (1.76 oz)
  • 4 sprigs of basil
  • Salt, pepper to taste
