A low-calorie dessert that contains only 80 kcal per 100 grams and is easy to make at home. Not only is this sweet treat figure-friendly, but it’s also incredibly tasty!

What you’ll need:

  • Kefir – 1 quart (about 1 liter)
  • Low-fat sour cream – 3/4 cup
  • Sugar – 1 cup
  • Gelatin – 2 tbsp
  • Water – 2 cups
  • Vanilla sugar – 1/2 packet

Instructions:

  1. Soak the gelatin in warm water for 30-40 minutes. Then, heat it over low heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
  3. Mix kefir, sour cream, regular sugar, and vanilla sugar together, then beat with a whisk or mixer for 5-6 minutes. While continuing to beat, gradually add the gelatin in a thin stream and beat for another 4-5 minutes.
  4. Transfer the resulting mixture into a mold and refrigerate for 3-6 hours. After the marshmallow sets, cut it into small portioned cubes. Instead of a knife, you can use cookie cutters.
