  • 500 grams young zucchini (about 1.1 lbs)
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt

For the Marinade:

  • 70 grams sunflower oil (or olive oil for an alternative)
  • 5-6 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons 9% vinegar (replaceable with lemon juice)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (substitute with sugar if preferred)
  • Fresh herbs (dill and parsley)
  • Ground black pepper

  1. Wash the zucchini and peel if necessary. If the zucchini are young, peeling may be unnecessary.
  2. Use a vegetable peeler to slice the zucchini into thin strips. Alternatively, slice them into thin rounds.
