Marinated Mushrooms: A Symphony of Flavors

Ingredients:

  • 500 g (1.1 lbs) mushrooms
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 50 ml (3.4 tbsp) 5% apple cider vinegar
  • 50 ml (3.4 tbsp) vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4-5 bay leaves
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 10 black peppercorns
  • Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions:

Clean the mushrooms and cut larger ones into halves or quarters.

Press the garlic using a garlic press.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet. Add mushrooms, garlic, water, apple cider vinegar, bay leaves, sugar, salt, and pepper.
