Turkish Chef's Delight: Stuffed Zucchini with a Magical Twist!

Ingredients:

  • Zucchini – 4 pieces
  • Ground Beef – 250 g (0.55 lbs)
  • Tomatoes – 2 pieces
  • Parsley – 0.5 bunch
  • Onion – 1 piece
  • Rice – 1 cup
  • Tomato Paste – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black Pepper (ground) – to taste
  • Sunflower Oil – 2 tbsp

Preparation:

  1. Take medium-sized zucchinis, wash them, and cut off the ends. Divide each vegetable into three parts, and use a spoon to remove the pulp.
  2. Finely chop parsley and onion, dice the tomatoes, and rinse the rice.
  3. Mix ground beef with rice, add onion, tomatoes, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Fill the zucchinis with this mixture.
  4. Mix a cup of water with tomato paste and sunflower oil.
  5. Arrange the zucchinis vertically in a pot, pour the diluted tomato paste over them, and add boiled water until it covers the zucchinis halfway.
  6. Cover the pot with a lid and simmer the zucchinis over low heat for 30 minutes after boiling.
  7. Serve the dish with sour cream and fresh herbs.
