Gratine - Delicious and Easy to Make!

Ingredients:

  • Black pepper: 1 gram
  • Ground nutmeg: 1 gram
  • Suluguni cheese: 80 grams (2.8 oz)
  • Medium-fat cream (20%): 1 cup (200 grams)
  • Leek: as needed
  • Potatoes: 5 pieces (500 grams or 1.1 lbs)
  • Tomato: 1 piece (100 grams or 3.5 oz)
  • Salt: as needed
  • Bell pepper: 1 piece (200 grams or 7 oz)

Instructions:

Preheat the multi-cooker to 180°C (356°F) (or preheat the oven). Slice the vegetables thinly, grate the cheese, and mix the cream with salt and spices.

Layer the baking dish as follows: ½ portion of potatoes, leek, ½ of the bell pepper, and ½ of the tomato. Sprinkle with ½ of the grated cheese and pour over ½ of the cream. Repeat the layers.

Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C (356°F), then reduce the heat to 150–160°C (300–320°F) and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
