  • Zucchini – 400 grams (0.88 pounds)
  • Cheese – 100 grams (3.5 ounces)
  • Eggs – 2
  • Sour cream – 100 grams (3.5 ounces)
  • Baking soda – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Flour – 150 grams (1.2 cups)
  • Herbs
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Pepper

Instructions for Zucchini Casserole:

  1. Grate and thoroughly squeeze the zucchini. Finely chop or grate the cheese, and cut the herbs.
  2. Mix baking soda with sour cream, let it sit for 5 minutes. Add eggs, salt, pepper, beat with a fork, then add flour and mix.
