Ingredients:
- Banana – 1 piece
- Chocolate (to taste)
- Chicken eggs – 4 pieces
- Unsalted butter – 2 teaspoons (20 grams)
- Whipped cream (to taste)
- All-purpose flour – 70 grams
- Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon (5 grams)
- Honey – 2 teaspoons (20 grams)
- Powdered sugar (to taste)
- Granulated sugar – 100 grams
Instructions:
- Beat eggs with granulated sugar and vanilla extract until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Gradually add flour in small portions, thoroughly mixing the batter. Then add softened butter and honey. Beat everything thoroughly to achieve a uniform consistency.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking sheet with butter and pour the batter onto it. Bake for 10–15 minutes. The roll dough should turn golden, but make sure the edges do not overdry.
