Ingredients:
- Mushrooms – 300g (about 10.5 oz)
- Flour – 2-3 tablespoons
- Bread crumbs – 3 tablespoons
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon (optional)
- Salt, pepper, spices
- Sunflower oil for frying
