Ingredients:
For the Dough:
- Warm water – 240 ml (1 cup)
- Flour – 400 g (2 cups)
For the Filling:
- Minced meat – 800 g (1.76 pounds)
- Green onions – 1 bunch
- Garlic – 4-5 cloves
- Soy sauce – 4 tbsp
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Fresh ginger – 1 tbsp
- Vodka – 2 tbsp
- Butter for greasing pancakes
- Salt, ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Mix flour and warm water to create the dough. Cover it with plastic wrap while preparing the filling.
- For the filling, finely chop green onions, grate garlic and ginger. Combine all ingredients with minced meat, mixing thoroughly.
- Divide both the dough and the filling into 8 equal parts. Roll each dough portion into a thin pancake, approximately 22-23 cm (8-9 inches) in diameter.
- Spread the filling over the pancake, covering 3/4 of its surface. Make cuts from the edge towards the center and cover 1/4 of the pancake with the dough.
- Roll the covered part to create a semi-circle, then fold it in half again, forming a quarter of a circle. Seal the edges.
- Fry each pancake on a dry, hot skillet for 3-5 minutes on each side, under a closed lid.
- Generously brush the hot pancakes with melted butter.
Enjoy your flavorful journey!
