  • Chicken fillet – 300 grams (about 0.66 pounds)
  • Flour – 50 grams (approximately 1/3 cup)
  • Eggs – 2 pieces
  • Milk – 150 grams (about 2/3 cup)
  • Zucchini – 1 piece
  • Hard cheese – 50 grams (about 1/2 cup grated)
  • Baking powder – half a teaspoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Boil the chicken fillet and finely chop it into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, crack the eggs, add salt, pour in the milk, add flour, baking powder, and pepper. Mix thoroughly to create a slightly runny batter.
  3. Add the chopped chicken fillet and grated cheese to the batter, then mix again.
  4. Pour the prepared mixture into a baking dish. Thinly slice the zucchini into rounds and arrange them on top of the mixture.
