Ingredients:
- 18 oz (500 g) beef
- 4 tomatoes (400 g)
- 7 oz (200 g) pickled cucumbers
- 14 oz (400 g) potatoes
- 5 oz (150 g) cheese
- Mayonnaise, to taste
- Parsley, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, ground, to taste
Instructions:
- Boil the beef in salted water for 1.5-2 hours until it’s tender. Boil the potatoes separately.
- Dice all the ingredients and arrange them in layers: beef, potatoes, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, pickled cucumbers, cheese, mayonnaise, tomatoes, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, a bit of cheese, and chopped parsley!
- You can arrange the layers in any order you prefer, or even mix everything together if you plan to serve the salad immediately! I prefer to layer it—this way, it stores better.
