Stuffed mushrooms turn out juicy, delicious, and incredibly aromatic!
It’s easy and quick to prepare.
INGREDIENTS
- Large mushrooms – 4-5 pieces
- Cheese – 60 g
- Chicken breast (ham, sausage) – 80 g
- Sour cream – 60 g
- Garlic – 2-3 cloves
- Salt, black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
For this recipe, take large mushrooms.
Remove the stems and clean the inside of the mushroom caps slightly, being careful not to damage the caps.
Finely chop the chicken breast, mushroom stems, and mix with grated cheese, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and sour cream.
Mix well, and the filling is ready!
Stuff the mushroom caps tightly (lightly packing the filling), and make a small mound on top.
Place the stuffed mushrooms in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (356 °F).
The mushrooms turn out juicy, aromatic, and incredibly tasty!
They are delicious both hot and when cooled down!
