Ingredients:
- 2 cups (320 grams) sugar
- 2 chicken eggs
- 1 cup (200 grams) kefir (or sour cream)
- 6 tablespoons (90 grams) cocoa powder
- 2 cups (250 grams) wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups (400 grams) milk
For the Cream:
- 1 chicken egg
- 1 cup (200 grams) sugar
- 3 tablespoons (45 grams) flour
- 3 tablespoons (45 grams) cocoa powder
Instructions:
Prepare the Cake Batter: Whisk together two eggs with a cup of sugar and a cup of kefir (or sour cream). Add one and a half cups of flour, 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, and baking powder. Whisk until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
Grease the Multicooker Bowl: Grease the multicooker bowl. Pour the batter into the bowl and place it in the multicooker. Set the mode to “Bake” and cook for 50 minutes.
Prepare the Cream: In a saucepan, combine one egg, a cup of sugar, 3 tablespoons of flour, and 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Gradually pour in warm milk while whisking continuously until the mixture is smooth. Bring the cream to a boil, stirring constantly. Once the cream thickens, remove it from the heat. You can add a piece of butter for a richer texture if desired.
Assembly: Allow the baked cake to cool. Cut it into two layers. Be sure to soak each layer of the cake. You can use fruit syrup, jam, or sugar syrup with alcohol according to your preference. Spread the cream over the first layer of cake. Place the second soaked layer on top. Coat the cake with cream on all sides. Decorate as desired. Chill the cake in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes before serving.
Enjoy your delicious creation!
