  • 5-6 small potatoes
  • 1 – 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 – 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 + 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Parsley and green onions for garnish

  1. Cut the peeled potatoes into 4 pieces and put them in water, add salt, and cook until tender. Let them cool slightly and place them in a blender without draining the water.
  2. Add the peeled and minced garlic, eggs, flour, boiled milk, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and salt to taste to the potato mixture. Thoroughly mix and let the batter rest for about 20 minutes.
  3. Fry the potato pancakes on a hot skillet. These pancakes need to be fried well on one side before flipping; otherwise, it will be difficult to cook the other side properly.
  4. After frying, sprinkle the pancakes with chopped parsley and green onions.
