Ingredients:
- Gelatin – 0.7 ounces (20 grams)
- Milk – 10.6 ounces (300 grams)
- Cottage Cheese (1.8% fat) – 14.1 ounces (400 grams)
- Sour Cream (15% fat) – 8.8 ounces (250 grams)
- Sugar – 6.3 ounces (180 grams)
- Vanilla Sugar – 1.4 ounces (40 grams)
- Chocolate – 1.8 ounces (50 grams)
- Banana – 2 pieces, about 14.1 ounces (400 grams)
Instructions:
Soak the gelatin in cold milk and let it swell for 1-2 hours.
Heat the swollen gelatin until completely dissolved, but do not boil.
Into the hot gelatin solution, add sugar and vanilla sugar, stirring until fully dissolved. Strain the mixture.
Beat the cottage cheese (if it’s very grainy, strain it through a sieve) and sour cream using a mixer.
Add the gelatin mixture and mix well again. The mixture will be slightly warm.
Divide the mixture into two parts. In one part, add melted chocolate.
Pour the white mixture into a cold mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Leave the chocolate mixture to cool at room temperature.
