  • Ground meat (it is better to take several kinds of meat and mix them) 750 g
  • Green beans 150 g
  • Carrots 2 pcs.
  • Stale white loaf 150 g
  • Grated hard cheese 6 tbsp.
  • Eggs 3 pcs.
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Marjoram leaves 5 pcs.
  • Parsley 3 sprigs
  • Olive oil To taste
  • Salt To taste
  • Black pepper To taste

Blanch the green beans in boiling salted water for a few minutes. Rinse in a colander. Slice.

Blanch carrots in boiling salted water. Rinse in a colander. Dice them.

Soak loaf in milk. Chop the greens. Beat eggs with a whisk.

To minced meat (pork, beef or assortment) add cheese, eggs, well drained loaf, pepper, salt, mix everything thoroughly.

Add to the resulting mass greens, diced carrots and green beans. Stir.

Put the mass on oiled parchment in a baking tin on the roulade. Carefully wrap the roll in parchment.

Bake in a heated to 200 ° C oven for 50 minutes.

Uncover the parchment and bake for another 5-10 minutes, until the crust is crispy.
