- 1.5 teaspoons salt
For the Marinade:
- 70 grams sunflower oil (or olive oil for an alternative)
- 5-6 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons 9% vinegar (replaceable with lemon juice)
- 2 tablespoons honey (substitute with sugar if preferred)
- Fresh herbs (dill and parsley)
- Ground black pepper
Instructions:
- Wash the zucchini and peel if necessary. If the zucchini are young, peeling may be unnecessary.
- Use a vegetable peeler to slice the zucchini into thin strips. Alternatively, slice them into thin rounds.
- For the marinade: finely chop the garlic and mix it with sunflower oil, honey, vinegar (or lemon juice), pepper, and finely chopped herbs. Ensure thorough mixing.
- Drain any liquid that accumulates from the zucchini, then squeeze out excess moisture with your hands.
- Pour the prepared marinade over the zucchini, mix well, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Allow the zucchini to marinate and absorb the flavors.
