Ingredients:
- 2 large eggplants (aubergines)
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Parmesan cheese
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions:
- Wash the eggplants and cut them in half. Grease a baking sheet with oil, drizzle the eggplants with oil, and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 15 minutes.
