  • 1 kg tomatoes (2.2 lbs)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil (60 ml) + extra for storing
  • Pepper to taste
  • Dried herb mix (parsley, rosemary, oregano, dill, thyme)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 100°C (212°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush it with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Prepare the Tomatoes:

Wash and dry the tomatoes, then cut them in half. Use a teaspoon to carefully scoop out some of the seeds, leaving the meaty part intact.
